Staining of 5-minute PMA (50 ng/ml) / ionomycin (1 ug/ml)-stimulated normal human peripheral blood cells. Cells were stained with FITC Mouse IgG1, K isotype control (open histogram) or FITC anti-human CD11b (CBRM1/5) (colored histogram). Cells in the granulocyte gate were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
