A three-fold serial dilution of Swine IgG starting at 200 ng was spotted onto 0.45 um nitrocellulose. After blocking in Blocking Buffer for Fluorescent Western Blot (MB-070) 1 Hour at 20?, Anti-Swine IgG (H&L) (GOAT) Antibody Fluorescein Conjugated (p/n Anti-SWINE IgG (H&L) (GOAT) Antibody Fluorescein Conjugated) secondary antibody was used at 1:1000 in Blocking Buffer for Fluorescent Western Blot (p/n MB-070) and imaged using the Bio-Rad VersaDoc 4000 MP. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
