Staining of C57Bl/6 splenocytes with FITC anti-mouse CD4 (GK1.5) (LS-C106029) and 0.5 ug of APC Rat IgG2a isotype control. Cells were stained at 37uC for 0.5 hours and Fc receptor binding was blocked by staining cells with 5 ug/million cells anti-mouse CD16/32 (LS-C107169). Cells in the lymphocyte gate were used for analysis. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
