Once the powders for each reagent diluent are reconstituted, they expire within one week if the reagents are stored at 4C. However, these reagents can be stored at -20C for 6 months after reconstitution. It should be noted that Streptavidin-HRP is liquid, 1.2mL in total, and can only be used once diluted to the working concentration. The customer can pipette part of the 1.2mL Streptavidin-HRP into EP tubes, then dilute this transferred solution with Streptavidin-HRP Diluent, the solution which are diluted by Streptavidin-HRP Diluent can be used only once, but the rest Streptavidin-HRP which is not diluted can be stored at -20oC.
