Work with LifeSpan to design a custom immunohistochemistry to address your specific biological question. Outsource the entire localization process without having to
worry about finding and characterizing target specific antibodies, sourcing and validating difficult-to-find tissues, and having the ability to interpret the resulting
immunostaining in relation to complex human pathologies.
TCR Screening Services
Test your therapeutic antibodies in immunohistochemistry against a broad panel of normal frozen human tissue types in order to determine potential unintended binding.
Our non-GLP TCR services are designed on the FDA recommendation outlined in their "Points to Consider in the Manufacture and Testing of Monoclonal Antibody Products for Human Use".
Human, Monkey, Bovine (tested or 100% immunogen sequence identity)
Dog (at least 90% immunogen sequence identity)
IHC - Paraffin (6 - 8 µg/ml)
Specificity and Use
CCR7 antibody was raised against synthetic 19 amino acid peptide from C-terminus of human CCR7. Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gorilla, Gibbon, Monkey, Bovine (100%); Dog (95%); Marmoset, Panda, Bat (89%); Horse, Rabbit, Pig (84%).
CCR7, a Chemokine Receptor, is involved in lymphocyte recirculation through secondary lymphoid organs and moving lymphocytes and dendritic cells into distinct tissue compartments. CCR7 is called the Epstein-Barr-induced receptor because it mediates Epstein-Barr viral effects on B lymphocytes. CCR7 expression is up-regulated in mature dendritic cells, B cells infected with EBV, and in CD4+ cells infected with human herpes virus 6 and 7.
