Product Ordering Terms and ConditionsAvailability: LifeSpan products are available worldwide (Worldwide Distributors List). Questions regarding antibody availability should be made to LifeSpan Antibody Customer Support.
Antibody Customer Support: Ordering: Orders can be submitted using the "Submit Order" button in the Shopping Cart, via phone, via FAX, or by email to antibodies@lsbio.com. Orders should include the product catalog number(s), unit quantity desired, and the following contact information.
Method of Payment: LifeSpan accepts purchases by P.O. number or Visa/MasterCard/American Express. Orders will not be processed until LifeSpan receives P.O. or credit card information. Shipping & Handling: Domestic orders: FedEx Priority Overnight
International orders: FedEx International Priority
Holiday Shipping: The holiday shipping schedule will appear here as we get closer to the end-of-year holidays. Handling Fees: Handling fees are $15 for USA and $25.00 elsewhere. Handling fees apply once per order for all orders. Shipping Fees: $30.00 for USA, $60.00 for Canada and Europe, $185.00 for Japan, and $85.00 elsewhere. LifeSpan reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees if the cost to ship to the customer exceeds these values. In the case of multiple item orders, the entire order will be held until all items can be shipped together unless otherwise requested by the customer. In the event that the customer requests that an order be split, shipping charges will apply to each resulting shipment. Billing will be on a per-shipment basis. LifeSpan will notify the customer when the order is shipped. International Shipments: LifeSpan ships all international antibody orders at ambient temperature. We have found that the antibodies are stable when shipped in this fashion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to work with customs in the destination country to ensure efficient delivery. LifeSpan is not responsible for delays due to customs. Payment Terms: Invoices are issued once the order is shipped. Full payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Duties & Taxes: The payments made to LifeSpan by Customer under this Agreement do not include applicable retail sales, use, duties or similar taxes. Customer shall be responsible for paying all applicable retail sales, use, duties or similar taxes imposed on Customer or LifeSpan with respect to the products provided by LifeSpan to Customer under this Agreement. Customer shall reimburse and hold LifeSpan harmless for any retail sales, use, duties or similar taxes, plus any interest and penalties, imposed or assessed against LifeSpan by any taxing jurisdiction with respect to the products provided by LifeSpan to Customer under this Agreement. Returns & Refunds: Any problems with LifeSpan products must be reported to LifeSpan within 10 days of product receipt. The customer must obtain written authorization from LifeSpan before returning items. To request that goods be returned, please contact LifeSpan Antibody Customer Support. LifeSpan does not offer returns or refunds beyond 6 months of product purchase date. If an error by LifeSpan BioSciences results in shipment of an incorrect order, LifeSpan will, at its option, either ship a replacement order at no charge, or credit the customer's account for the original product shipped in error. Conditions & Warranty: All LifeSpan products are intended for research use only and are not for use in human therapeutic or diagnostic applications. Information supplied with each product is believed to be accurate, but no warranty or guarantee is offered for the products, because the ultimate conditions of use are beyond LifeSpan's control. The information supplied with each product is not to be construed as a recommendation to use this product in violation of any patent, and LifeSpan will not be held responsible for any infringement or other violation that may occur with the use of its products. In no event will LifeSpan be responsible for any loss of profit or indirect consequential damage, including, but not limited to, personal injuries resulting from use of these products. LifeSpan's liability to any user of Products for damages that do not result from any fault of the user, will be limited to replacement of the Product(s) only, and in no event shall LifeSpan's liability exceed the actual price received by LifeSpan for the Product(s) at issue. LifeSpan shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages. LIFESPAN FURTHER DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED OR STATUTORY WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LifeSpan disclaims any and all responsibility for any injury or damage which may be caused by the fault of the user. Disclaimer: Due to the highly specific nature of antibodies and antigens, we cannot predict or be held responsible with respect to how LifeSpan products will behave in its customers' systems. Researchers using LifeSpan products should conduct optimization studies to achieve the optimal result possible for their intended application. |
