We guarantee that our antibodies will work as defined within each antibody's specification sheet. Antibodies that are found not to work as specified will be replaced or credited. Each customer claim will be investigated in order to ensure the quality of our products. 

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility requires that customers complete a LSBio Return Claim Form within 90 days of purchase. Once LSBio has accepted a return form and informed the customer that a replacement or credit will be issued, the remaining unused portion of the LSBio product ("Returned Product") must be shipped back to LSBio at customer's cost. LSBio reserves the right to refuse the eligibility of any customer to this guarantee at its discretion and does not offer returns or refunds beyond 6 months of product purchase date. When issued, refunds are limited to the list price of the Returned Product and replacements are limited to products of comparable list price to the Returned Product.
