Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry. Western Blot: 1:2000. Using lysate from 2x10^4 transfected CHO cells. 4-12% SDS-PAGE gel used; proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane. Immunohistochemistry: 1:20. Immunocytochemistry: 10 ug/ml stained neutrophils and platelets from human blood smears.
