The antibody was produced against a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from the region of the human cyclin-dependent kinases that contain threonine 14 and tyrosine 15.

Specificity
Human, mouse, and rat cdk1. The antibody may recognize other cyclin-dependent kinases phosphorylated on the homologous residues. It was found to have no reactivity to cdk4 or cdk6.
