The DLAT gene encodes dihydrolipoamide acetyltransferase (EC 184.108.40.206), the E2 subunit of the mammalian pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDC; EC 220.127.116.11) of the inner mitochondrial membrane. Patients with primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC; MIM 109720) show autoantibodies to DLAT.
DLAT Antibody (C-term) IHC of formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human hepatocarcinoma followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This demonstrates the use of the DLAT Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry.
DLAT Antibody (C-term) flow cytometry of HepG2 cells (right histogram) compared to a negative control cell (left histogram).FITC-conjugated goat-anti-rabbit secondary antibodies were used for the analysis.
DLAT Antibody (C-term) Western blot of K562,HepG2,Jurkat cell line lysates (35 ug/lane). This demonstrates the DLAT antibody detected the DLAT protein (arrow).
