Recognizes the human CD14 cell surface antigen, expressed strongly by most peripheral blood monocytes and weakly on granulocytes. Species cross-reactivity: Cynomolgus monkey, porcine, bovine, sheep, canine, mink, goat, rabbit and feline.

Usage
Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1:10, Use 10 ul to label 1E6 cells or 100 ul whole blood. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.

Reconstitution
