Specificity
Specific for human cyclin B1 (~58kD). Does not cross-react with cyclin A or cyclin D. Species cross-reactivity: Human, weak species cross-reactivity with mouse was observed.

- Immunoprecipitation
Usage
Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunoprecipitation. Recommended Dilution. Western Blot: 0.5-5 ug/ml detects cyclin B1 in RIPA lysates from human A431 carcinoma cells. Immunoprecipitation: 2 ug precipitated human cyclin B1 and cdc2 kinase from 500 ug of A431 RIPA lysate.
