Human FGF21 Protein (Recombinant Human IgG1 Fc)

ERK and FRS2alpha phosphorylation induced by FGF-21 in bKlotho expressing cells. Klotho expressing cells were serum starved for 16 hours and then stimulated with hFGF-21-His (competitor), FGF-21-Fc and FGF-b (positive control) for 10 minutes, respectively.
