Overview

Description
The recombinant rat ACE2 comprises 734 amino acids and predicts a molecular mass of 85 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of the rat ACE2 is approximately 105-115 kDa in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions. A DNA sequence encoding the rat ACE2 (Q5EGZ1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Thr 740) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
