Description
The secreted pro form of recombinant mouse MMP9 consists of 710 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 78.4 kDa. It migrates as an approximately 100 kDa band in SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions due to glycosylation. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse MMP9 (P41245-1) (Met 1-Pro 730) was expressed and purified.
