Overview

Description
The secreted recombinant mouse FLT4 consists of 762 amino acids and has a predicted molecular mass of 86.4 kDa. The apparent molecular mass of rm FLT4 is approximately 95-105 kDa due to glycosylation in non-reduced SDS-PAGE. A DNA sequence encoding the mouse FLT4 (P35917-1) extracellular domain (Met 1-Glu 775) was expressed, with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
