- Recombinant Bovine interleukin-1RA (IL-1RA) is a recombinant protein corresponding to aa 24-174 of native bovine IL-1RA. Bovine IL-1RA belongs to the IL-1 cytokine family and is secreted by several cell types, including epithelial cells and adipocytes. IL-1RA inhibits the pro-inflammatory effects of both IL-1a and IL-1b.
