Western blot analysis of ZBTB7A expression in mouse kidney extract (lane 1) and NIH3T3 whole cell lysates (lane 2). ZBTB7A at 75 kD was detected using rabbit anti- ZBTB7A Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 0.5 ug/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method.
