Goat anti Uricase antibody was used to detect purified Uricase under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Samples of ~1 and 0.25 ug of protein per lane were run by SDS-PAGE and reduced samples of purified Uricase contained 4% BME and were boiled for 5 minutes. Protein was transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Goat anti Uricase and imaged on the BioRad VersaDoc imaging system.
