Western blot analysis of GLUT9 expression in HepG2 whole cell lysates (lane 1) and A549 whole cell lysates (lane 2). GLUT9 at 55 kD was detected using rabbit anti- GLUT9 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 0.5 ug/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method.
