Western blot of Anti-RFP Antibody. 0.1 ug of RFP was loaded on a 4-20% gel and transferred to nitrocellulose membrane. Anti-RFP Antibody was added at 1.0 ug/mL at RT for 2 hours. IRDye800 anti-Chicken (p/n 603-132-126) was added at 1:20,000 at RT for 45 minutes. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
