WB: IGF-1 stimulated lysates from 293T cells transfected with Brk (Lane1) and mutant Brk (Y342A) (lane2) were resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to PVDF, and probed with anti-phospho Brk(Y342) for 2 hours at room temperature. Proteins were visualized via HRP and chemiluminescent detection. Arrow indicates phospho-Brk(Y342).
