Western blot with extracellular domains (ecd) of different related human receptors (50ng per lane) reveals that anti-Activin Receptor IIB, pAb (IG-510) (dilution 1:5000) specifically recoginzes ACTR-IIB under non reducing (-[Character df]ME, left panel) and reducing (+[Character df]ME; right panel) conditions, but none of the other receptor types tested.
