Polyclonal Rabbit anti-Human SPINT2 / HAI-2 Antibody (Preservative Free, IF, WB)

Immunofluorescence staining of SPINT2-His in MCF7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.3% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-human SPINT2-His polyclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:1000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.
