Effect of human CD28 antibody on stimulating IL-2 secretion of CD4 T cells co-activated with CD3 antibody. The isolated CD4+ T cells (1e5/well) were cultured in the 96-well cell plates pre-coated with 2 ug/ml human CD3 (humanized OKT3) antibody (GMP-10977-H001) (100 uL/well) in the culture medium containing serial dilutions of CD28 antibody. 48 hours later, IL-2 secretion in the medium was measured by IL-2 Quantitative ELISA Kit.
