Method:: Cell extracts from mouse embryo fibroblasts (MEFs) either from WT (A-B) or PIDD KO cells (C-D) were separated by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and incubated with anti-PIDD (mouse), mAb (Lise-1) (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized by a chemiluminescence detection system.
