Effect of Human PD1 HN94 antibody on IFN-gamma production in the Mixed Lymphocyte Reaction (MLR). Purified CD4+ T cells were cultured with allogeneic dendritic cells, as prepared by culturing monocytes in GM-CSF and IL-4 medium for six days, in the medium containing serial concentrations of human PD1-HN94-IgG4 (Catalog# 10377-HN94). Five days later, the IFN-gamma production in the medium was evaluated (A), and the cell proliferation was measured by WST-8.assay (B).
