- Epitope
- The peptide used to produce this antibody is 100% homologous in human, 93% in vervet/green monkey and 80% in chimp. Furthermore, the peptide sequence is conserved across HAVCR1 isoform a (364 amino acids, accession NP_036338) and HAVCR1 isoform CRA_a (194 amino acids, accession EAW61615.1). As isoforms of different molecular weights have been described for this protein, the molecular weight observed in western blots may vary depending on the forms present.
