The membrane blot was probed with anti-proBNP primary antibody (0.25?g/ml). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and chemiluminescence detection system. Arrows indicate cellular proBNP from human and mouse cells (35 kDa).
