Monoclonal Rabbit anti-Mouse TREM2 / TREM-2 Antibody (clone 014, Preservative Free, aa1-168, IF)

Immunofluorescence staining of mTREM2 in RAW264.7 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with rabbit anti-mouse mTREM2 monoclonal antibody (dilution ratio 1:60) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Positive staining was localized to Cytoplasm and cell membrane.
