Epitope
Recognizes the intracellular domain of skeletal muscle nAChR gamma and delta subunits in Torpedo californica and the delta subunit in mouse, rat, chicken and frog. Detects bands of ~60kD (gamma subunit ) and ~65kD (delta subunit ) by Western blot. Does not cross-react with the alpha1 and beta1 subunits in muscle or the neuronal nAChRs.
