Western Blot of human PBMC (Lane A) or PBMC stimulated with IL-2 for 3 days (Lane B) lysate; probed with 2 ug/mL purified antibody and anti-actin and revealed with HRP anti-rat IgG or anti-mouse IgG, respectively. Perforin is detected at ~65 kD and actin at ~42 kD. Actin was used a loading control to normalize the signal.
