Flow cytometric analysis of Human LILRA3(CD85e) expression on human whole blood monocytes. The cells were treated according to manufacturer's manual (BD Pharmingen Cat. No. 554714), stained with PE-conjugated anti-Human LILRA3(CD85e). The fluorescence histograms were derived from gated events with the forward and side light-scatter characteristics of viable monocytes.
