Western blot of Influenza A H1N1 NA (swine flu) immunizing peptide conjugated to a carrier protein using the Influenza A H1N1 NA antibody at 2 ug/ml. A band at ~29 kD was detected, corresponding to the MW of the immunogen/fusion protein. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody, and PicoTect ECL substrate solution, were used for this test.
