The antibody targets IL-2 in ELISA applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. It detects IL-2 which has a predicted molecular weight of approximately 15 kD. TheIL2 polyclonal antibody has successfully been paired as the coating antibody in a sandwich ELISA with detection antibody M600B (biotinylated conjugate of clone BG5). Typical dilutions for sandwich ELISA include 1 ug/ml for coating and 0.125 - 0.25 ug/ml for detection. Antibody It and biotinylated antibody M600B (clone BG5) have successfully been used in combination with recombinant IL2 protein SIL2 in ELISA applications.
