Mouse IL-1alpha is detected by immunoblotting using anti-IL-1alpha (mouse), mAb (Bamboo-1) . Method: IL-1alpha was analyzed by Western blot in cell extracts of differentiated bone marrow-derived dendritic cells (BMDCs) not treated (lane 1) or treated (lane 2) with LPS. Cell extracts were separated by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and incubated with anti-IL-1alpha (mouse), mAb (Bamboo-1) (1ug/ml). Proteins were visualized by a chemiluminescence detection system.
