Antibody binding to TSP is unaffected by glycosaminoglycans (e. g. hyaluronic acid, chondroitin sulfate and heparin). Its binding is enhanced by EDTA i. e. at low concentration of Ca2+. Species cross-reactivity: Human, bovine, porcine, equine, canine, sheep, mouse and rat.
