- Storage Conditions
- Store at 4°C for short term storage. Aliquot and store at -20°C for long term storage. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles. Prior to use, thaw aliquot slowly in the dark at ambient temperature. Spin down and prepare working dilutions by adding sterile phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.2). Store working dilutions at 4°C, and preferably use the same day. Remove slight precipitation with centrifugation.
