Western Blot showing detection of Monkey IgG Gamma Chain. 100ng of Monkey IgG (Lane 2) was run on a 4-20% gel and transferred to 0.45 m nitrocellulose. After blocking with 5% Blotto (p/n B501-0500) 30 min at 20C, Anti-Monkey IgG (gamma chain) (GOAT) Antibody Rhodamine Conjugated (p/n Anti-MONKEY IgG (gamma chain) (GOAT) Antibody Rhodamine Conjugated) secondary antibody was used at 1:1000 in Blocking Buffer for Fluorescent Western Blotting (p/n MB-070) and imaged using the Bio-Rad VersaDoc 4000 MP. Molecular weight markers are in lane 1. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
