Antigen Species: Virus / Viral Antigen
Epitope: Recognizes the gp85/gp70 envelope glycoprotein of feline leukaemia virus. The antibody specifically recognizes the epitope defined by amino acids 214-218 of the gp70 sequence (aa MGPNL). Some weak cross-reactivity with the sequence MGPLL found in the FeLV p15e membrane protein may also occur. Effectively neutralizes all three FeLV subgroups (A, B and C). Removal of the preservative is recommended prior to use in functional assays.

Storage Conditions: Store at 4°C or at -20°C. Store undiluted. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Microcentrifugation recommended if solution contains precipitate.
