Target
- Target
- Human F9 / Factor IX
- Antigen Species
- Human
- Epitope
- Has specificity for native human factor IX. Epitope specificity differs from that of clone 6F97 as determined by inhibition ELISA. Reacts strongly with native factor IX. Strong reaction is seen in ELISA with native factor IX directly coated onto the microtiter plate. In sandwich ELISA it can be used in combination with a polyclonal antibody against factor IX. In Western blotting after SDS-PAGE reacts with factor IX in reduced as well as in non-reduced form.
