Antigen Species: Mouse
Epitope: Recognizes mouse antigen ER-HR3. ER-HR3 is a cell surface antigen which is expressed by Langerhans cells in epithelium, a subset of mature macrophages and dendritic cells that are located predominantly in hematopoietic and lymphoid organs. Initial studies of ER-HR3 demonstrated expression on peripheral blood monocytes but recent studies suggest that expression is actually very low.

Storage Conditions: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid freeze-thaw cycles, add sterile 40-50% glycerol, aliquot and store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for up to 1 year at -20°C.
