Antigen Species: Human
Epitope: Recognizes Collagen Type I near the C-terminal. Displays a high affinity for human, bovine and sheep Type I Collagens. There is no evidence for cross-reactivity with Collagen Types III, V and VI or connective tissue proteins (Elastin, Fibronectin and Laminin) at suggested working concentrations. Species cross-reactivity: Human bovine, sheep, porcine and canine. Does not react with mouse, rat, guinea pig, squirrel, equine, kangaroo or chicken.
