Goat anti-Choline Oxidase antibody was used to detect Choline Oxidase. Samples of ~1 and 0.25 ug of purified Choline Oxidase per lane were run by SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing conditions and reduced samples of purified Choline Oxidase contained 4% BME and were boiled for 5 minutes. Protein was transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Goat anti Choline Oxidase. Primary antibody was detected with Dylight 649 conjugated Donkey anti Goat and imaged on the BioRad VersaDoc imaging system.
