Goat anti Choline Oxidase antibody was used to detect Choline Oxidase. Samples of ~1 and 0.25 ug of purified Choline Oxidase per lane were run by SDS-PAGE under reducing and non-reducing conditions and reduced samples of purified Choline Oxidase contained 4% BME and were boiled for 5 minutes. Protein was transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with Goat anti Choline Oxidase and imaged on the BioRad VersaDoc imaging system.
