Cell lysates of Ramos and Jurkat (each 40 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human Caspase-2(1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a ECL detection system. Lane 1: Ramos; Lane 2: Jurkat.
