Detection of Human CIC/Capicua by Western Blot of Immunoprecipitates. Samples: Whole cell lysate (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded) from HeLa cells. Antibodies: Affinity purified rabbit anti-CICa antibody used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. CIC was also immunoprecipitated by rabbit anti-CICa antibody, which recognizes a downstream epitope. This image was taken for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
