Western blot of Survivin in normal prostate epithelium (NPE) and prostate cancer using Polyclonal Antibody to Survivin at 1:2000. 100 ug/lane of each human tissue lysate was loaded per lane. Survivin was detected in 7 out of 8 prostate cancer patient specimens, but was not detected in NPE.
