Western blot analysis of CD134/OX40 expression in SW620 whole cell lysates (lane 1) and 22RV1 whole cell lysates (lane 1). CD134/OX40 at 50 kD was detected using rabbit anti- CD134/OX40 Antigen Affinity purified polyclonal antibody at 0.5 ug/mL. The blot was developed using chemiluminescence (ECL) method.
