Confocal immunofluorescence imaging of dopamine transporter (DAT) using the monoclonal antibody purified from mouse hybridoma clone 6V-23-23. Lewis Lung Carcinoma Porcine Kidney cells engineered to stably express the rat dopamine transporter were fixed by standard methods and stained for DAT using the monoclonal antibody from clone 6V-23-23 and FITC-conjugated secondary antibody. Staining is negligible in cells treated without primary antibody (not shown).
